They made the process run, very smooth from beginning to end from when I dropped the car off to the pick up. They had such an open line of communication. They notified me every step of the way that was very important. My car was ready for pick up the day that they told me it would be.

I had such an amazing experience with Seidner's Collision Center in Riverside. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel taken care of. Their communication was consistent, clear, and truly top-notch throughout the entire process. Even though the reason for bringing my vehicle in wasn't ideal, they made the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. My car was prepared beautifully, and I appreciated how professional, friendly, and attentive everyone was from drop-off to pickup. Thank you to the whole team at Seidner's for turning a frustrating situation into a positive one. Highly recommend!

Was so happy to get my car back. It looked great and ran smoothly. Seidner’s kept me undated throughout the process and were very professional. Thank you.

The people here are very polite kind and nice. The work on the vehicle is done right the first time and very quickly as well. Last two times we've used them the car was ready earlier than anticipated which is always nice!

Thank you all at Seidner's both Riverside and Loma Linda for great customer service. My car was hit on the right side; both doors, back panel and back wheel were damaged while driving to the beach on Labor Day. I was referred to Seidner's by AAA, so I didn't think twice and I am very pleased with the results. The staff was very professional from the beginning, they kept me updated and the cost was lower than originally estimated. My car looks great, thank you!
